Great experience with both Herb and Bryan. This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from Herb (and Bryan this time). They were fair and honest. No pressure, fair minded and priced. I highly recommend this dealership. Easy transaction. They will take care of you and your needs.
TLDR; ask for Chuck. Phenomenal experience Long story; I went to this place on a referral from my in-laws (they even came with me!). I test drove a car, and viewed a few others. Chuck wasn't pushy, and just allowed us to look at the options. There was no pressure, which is amazing. He gave us time, space, and comfortability. I test drove a car after reviewing, but made sure I left my options open. After going to NUMEROUS dealerships (and hours) afterwards, I came back. He recognized me from earlier in the day. We stated we wanted to take the car to a mechanic, and told us to take our time, as long as we were back before they closed. I took my interested car to my mechanic, and it passed with FLYING colors. My mechanic said if I didn't buy it, he would himself. When we arrived back, the process was SO quick. While he was doing paperwork, we shared plenty of laughs, and personal experiences in daily life.. Not only will I 100% be back again, but chucks service was honorable, and trust worthy. Thank you SO MUCH yall. I love my new to me car ♥️🫶
Such a great experience! I got such a great deal on a car with low mileage, early in March. It’s doing great! I definitely recommend. They’re honest and it was a nice quick process.
I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Sunset. They have been awesome to work with both times. Chuck didn't even blink when I changed my mind after deciding on one, then wanted another. He got me qualified with a great rate and payment that fit my budget. There was an issue with the hatch back staying open and they told me no worries bring it in and we will make it right. I recommend them as a long standing local company.
I worked with Bryan & Herb and would buy from them again. They were definitely fair with their pricing compared to similar year and mileage comparisons. And I felt like I was getting a good deal after having it inspected by a Boise auto shop. After the purchase, they treated me like family as they were concerned with me driving at night and recommended an alternative route home. Lastly, I’ve had a couple of my local auto shops complete a few services and they haven’t found anything wrong so I am very pleased with this purchase.
