Alex and his father were great. I was referred to Alex from a colleague who had a good experience & we did as well. I felt like Alex was transparent about the condition of certain cars & steered us in the right direction for a purchase for my daughter. He allowed us to bring the car to our mechanic for an inspection & was patient through the process...never pushy. Buying a used car always comes with risks...bring to a mechanic, get the car fax, do your homework on the make/model & history. We ended up with an older Chevy Impala with low miles and clean title. It is not flashy but will hopefully be reliable & safer for new driver.

Alex helped my husband and I buy one of our big time dream cars- a Tacoma! We had to get a loan from our bank for half of it, and Alex was super patient and understanding when they took much longer than expected. So far it’s a super reliable truck! I purchased a 2015 Dodge Caravan from this establishment, and my father and I were disappointed by our experience. The law in Idaho is that a vehicle with a rebuilt title needs to be disclosed in writing, which definitely did NOT take place here. I didn’t realize it had been in a significant collision until I went to the DMV to register for the title, at which point I learned that the title was rebuilt, and that the dealership wrote down the VIN incorrectly. It’s such an unpleasant moment when you realize someone you thought was a good person withheld critical information, and you may have purchased a lemon. I paid for the Carfax and to have a collision expert take a look at it. The mechanic discovered that there was remaining damage from the accident (significant oil leak), and that the air conditioning no longer works. I was ready to just let it go and accept the vehicle as is, but the dealer wouldn’t even refund the $300 we paid above the original asking price, which he had already agreed to do. In the end, we felt swindled. The dealer has been unresponsive and non-communicative despite numeral attempts to get in touch with him. I would approach with extreme caution if you decide to purchase a vehicle here.
