I had a fantastic experience! They're upfront, honest and not pushy. There was pretty much zero pressure to get our deal done. Fair pricing, as a matter of fact I'm not sure you'll find them cheaper at another dealership. The fastest I've ever completed a vehicle purchase. They carry quality used cars, not a junker on their lot! Clean and organize offices. I highly recommend shopping at Image Auto Sales before you go anywhere else. We'll be back!

My and my dad's Ken experience dealing with Image/Hawks Motor has been amazing, stress free, and easy. We bought a black 2012 Honda Accord SE They are extremely knowledgeable in their cars, warranty, and financing. They spent time getting to know us on a personal level and I never once felt pressured to buy. They are also very professional and trustworthy. They make sure their cars they are selling at mechanically top notch. We took the car for a test drive. Went back the next day and the car was gone but after talking with them they took the car to the shop to have it re-inspected and replaced the wheel bearing and brakes. They had the car for over 2 months so to take that good of car of their cars that also made us feel good that the car we were getting would be reliable for my teenage son to drive around in. This was the easiest stress free experience I have ever had buying a car. Thank u to Matt and Tim for all ur help ur the process. I would high recommend Image/Hawk Motors to anyone in the market for a used car.

Great experience! The environment is very laid back but these guys are serious about customer service. They make sure you are not only happy but driving away in something that isn’t falling apart. All questions are answered openly and honestly. Going into Matt’s office was like meeting up with an old friend, he is just really easy to talk too with zero pressure. Each vehicle looks like it got the detailing of its lifetime! And those prices are so good it feels like you’re ripping them off. Really the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I recently bought my new (to me) fully electric vehicle from Tom at Image Auto Sales on Fairview in Boise. I've rated 4/5 because I felt it would have been helpful to have been given more information about the vehicle itself prior to purchase. But Tom gave us plenty of freedom to do what we needed to do in order to educate ourselves enough to make the decision, without being too pushy. So far, the purchase seems to have been an excellent decision, the car seems in excellent condition and the price seems fair as well. I was grateful when he had no problem allowing us to purchase with only $500 down...whereas, at another dealership where we bought our last used vehicle, they were not so keen on such a low down payment. I would recommend Image Auto to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle and might even return to see about replacing our truck sometime soon!
