Gotta give a HUGE shout out to Matt, Josh and everyone else at Boise Auto Arena. They were able to get my new suspension on in time for me to go out of town for Thanksgiving. The coilovers and the front sway bar endlinks handled great in the storm. They were only worried about my wants and needs and I highly recommend visiting them for any of your needs in the future!
Best car mechanics in the treasure Valley, I had my kids car towed there by a friend that had broke down, it’s a Saab…. I thought that this is gonna set me back quite a bit of money and to my surprise, they had it fixed in less than a day and it was under $100!!! They are fair, straight to the point and get the job done. They will be my mechanic from now on.
These guys are genuine car guys that love what they do and it shows. Best mechanics in town! They serviced my Porsche Panamera with a complicated issue and fixed it perfectly so I can sell it. They also currenly service my BMW, Lotus, Acura, and Toyotas.
Most honest and genuine people!! Matt and Jermey are great and genuinely care for their customers. Being a young female most places would want to upsell me but not them. They worked with me, what I had, and didn’t take advantage of me. Beyond grateful for these guys. Shows me there’s still hope in humanity and not everything is about money. Will always refer people to yall either for a vehicle or to get work done on their vehicle.
Worst dealership I have ever been to. My husband and I came to look at a truck this morning, right from the start this place is way over crowded with crappy vehicles. The man who came out to show us the truck sat yes SAT on top of our brand new very expensive car and proceeded to pick at our paint while I was IN the car. MY car. He didn’t even realize I was in the vehicle and watching him the entire time. He could have sat on one of his 100s of crappy cars, but no, he sat on MY vehicle picking MY paint while I was in the car. Worst experience ever and the truck was absolutely horrible in its condition. Please avoid the place and don’t let them sit on your property.
