He found me low monthly payments, helped with a deferred down payment, and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly easy. Aaliyah in the finance department was just as amazing. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every part of the paperwork. I actually appreciated that they have you watch a detailed video explaining the financing process. It wasn't rushed at all. Instead, they made sure I had all the information in front of me, went over everything multiple times, and gave me the opportunity to make an educated decision without ever feeling pressured, tricked, or talked into something I didn't want. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands-Down the BEST Car Place in Ada County! I’ve been to a lot of car places in Ada County, and I can honestly say this one beats ALL of them — even the big dealerships. The customer service here is on another level. Maurice and Kevin were amazing — friendly, respectful, and truly there to help, not pressure. They worked fast, got me approved quickly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you want phenomenal customer service, real people who care, and a dealership that actually delivers, I highly recommend Byrider. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I was helped by the associate named Wyatt. He was very understanding and very helpful very explanatory. He told me everything I needed to know answered any questions I had. It was a very fantastic experience to work with him. He got me out of a situation with another vehicle that could only end in disaster and got me into something much better within a couple hours so thanks to Wyatt. I can now make it home safe

Walked in to try to trade in a car worked with the sales agent John he had looked over my information with finance they gave me an approval sent me off on a test drive but when I got back they went back on the approval and decided to have me on my way, after trying to explain my situation to get back to the approval there was push back, I don’t recommend this dealership left me feeling an empty promise after getting the excitement of being approved for a car and having it ripped away last minute. Do not do business with Byrider keep to other dealerships
