They provided me with a free three month warranty, let me take the vehicle to my mechanic, printed me off car-fax, corrected any issues I had, and sent me off with a full tank of gas! Victor went over and beyond to get my deal right. Made it all super pleasant. By far the best car buying experience I've had so far. Totally zero pressure and was cool with me taking the car to get looked at and drive on surface streets and the freeway. These guys are great. They are my first stop looking for a car or if I hear someone is looking for a car.

VIctor and Isiah are the only dealers you need to go to. They are honest, fair, and great prices. I couldn't get approved by anyone and they made this all process painless. They are not pushy very accommodating and they even through in new tires for me. These guys rock!!

Absolutely the worst place to get a vehicle. Shemara, overcharged me for the vehicle never gave me any options which I've been told by the lender at this point and multiple different car dealerships for the amount that I borrowed I should have had options. This should not have been the only vehicle that I was able to get. I specifically asked for about the brakes she told me they were good they were not they had to be done within the month of me getting it because the back brakes were worn to nothing the back passenger emergency brake was seized. The belt that should be black was completely Brown and cracked when they went to change it they touched it with the knife and it snapped. The battery wasn't holding a charge we're bearings had to be replaced all this within a month and a half of having the vehicle over $1,000. And it needs more work and it wasn't even newly inspected as the inspection runs out in February instead of May of 2025 which would be 2 years since I got it. I wasn't going to say anything but after being told that I could trade in a year and get smaller payments and get the vehicle that I want it and now she's telling me I have to wait another year and I can't trade this vehicle in because I owe too much on it because apparently I'm buying this vehicle 6 times over at brand new so should have gave me the vehicle I wanted at first for the amount I'm paying the lender and no car dealership can believe what happened here when I tell them the story. As I've been told where she's told me I could trade in a year none of this extra stuff that she added on should have been added on.
