Boise Auto Group LLC - Used Car Dealership

I recently made a purchase of a vehicle at Boise auto group Colton, one of the sales guys and I believe his name is Viv.\n Were excellent in supporting me in my purchase. I actually had some issues with the brakes after the purchase and they sent me to big o tires and paid for the brakes to get fixed. I also had an issue with the mirror after the purchase and Viv, who is actually the mechanic at poiso group, was able to fix the mirror for me at no cost. Purchasing the vehicle and paperwork went quickly.And I feel like I got a great vehicle and am confident to\nRefer any of my friends to boise auto group to purchase a vehicle in the future

Francisco from Dennis Dillon was great with helping me purchase my car! I had to fly from Seattle to get the car and he went the extra mile to bring my car to get a pre-purchase inspection at a different dealership, picked us up at the airport, and got us out quick for our drive back. Highly recommend!!

Great buying experience. I didn't have car insurance when visiting and couldn't legally drive the vehicle off the lot, but the dealers drove me over to a mechanic to get a ppi, and although they found a couple issues with the car Boise Auto Group agreed to handle all the necessary repairs themselves. Very friendly staff, flexible to their customers' needs—a great family business!

Would highly recommend staying far away. Very shady business. Many reviews are clearly fake or submitted by the employees, and negative reviews are either deleted or have snarky responses posted from whoever runs their account. I know multiple people who’ve purchased a vehicle from them and all a similar experience as mine. When I bought my car from them it was a very uncomfortable experience, I was in a pinch and knew what vehicle I wanted, not much needed to go into it. The sales associate I had worked with had no idea about vehicles or what I was looking for, multiple times tried to redirect me to vehicles I had completely not described, in hindsight they probably have a list of broken up beaters they’re trying to cycle through. I had test driven multiple vehicles with them that felt awful and clearly had issues. When I picked one they didn’t know if the car I picked if they had the keys for it, didn’t know it was AWD not FWD, and had to start the paperwork over again due to filing for the wrong vehicle the first time. The manager after we started to get finished stop the interaction to review it, and tried to increase the price after the associate and I already started filing for the paperwork. Had to restart my process and come to find they had taken off any warranty or return window. After having the vehicle for 60 days I had taken it in for services as was told I had been pawned off on a $9,000 piece of junk with a dying motor. They had claimed the car was only with one owner before me, I should’ve done my due diligence but carfax told me that wasn’t the case. When test driving the vehicle it felt fine but I had been explained to by a mechanic they cleverly fixed cheap and basic parts to let the car run fully knowing the vehicle would probably fail shortly after, hence why they removed any return or warranty.
