Just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from best buy auto, great price and very helpful to accommodate our needs as new arrivals in the USA, explained the process of buying a d registering our new purchase. He also showed us the cars service history and faults being completely transparent about the vehicle. Highly recommend best buy auto!

I highly recommend Best Buy Auto if you’re looking for a used vehicle that is not over priced with low mileage. The owner was amazing, honest, and understanding!! We bought a 2011 Volvo for our daughter. The car is amazing and runs great. The Volvo still had the owners manual and when we were looking through it, we found all of the service records dated back to 2011. The owner understood the situation that we were in and made the purchase happen. We feel very blessed. If we are ever in the market again for a used vehicle, we will only go to Best Buy Auto. Daughter loves the car and it drove great in the snow today, Thank you Beto!

Car shoppers beware!! I bought a 2013 Hyundai Tucson on 1/10/26 for over $6,500 (out the door) from Best Buy Auto. It looked nice (body and interior), and had a great car fax report... Sadly, I was taken. It wound up being a big fat LEMON. Within a week of bringing it home, the car was in the shop due to a check engine light and bad thermostat. And another $1,000 out of pocket. Not even 1 week later, the car is back in the shop (due to the check engine light again). This time the car quit, (just died), while the technician was driving it. The car would not start up again, and they had to tow it back to the shop?! I can't even imagine if it were me that it just stopped in the middle of the road or highway on?! I kept in touch with Naim along the way, and he basically told me "it was fine the few months he had it" and that the only thing he would offer me was to sell me another car at a discount?! In the meantime, I am still in debt for the car, I just bought from him, which I didn't even have A MONTH, it has a seized engine, and I now, have no car. I am definitely not going to trust the small guy dealers again. Apparently his vehicles are brought in and sold. Not mechanically inspected (obviously). Here to warn people... Don't make the same expensive mistake I did. Not an honest seller, and fraudulent. Who does this??

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a 2012 Volkswagon CC for our daughter on Saturday. Noticed that evening after filling the gas tank a very pungent gas smell as well as fuel leaking under the gas tank. Took it in today and is an $1100 fix. They will lie straight to your face and tell you no leaks or mechanical issues and sell you a car that they know is bad. He knew this car was going to be our teenage daughters primary vehicle and had no reservations selling us something with a major gas leak. Tried calling today and they won't answer the phone. Avoid this dealer at all costs!
