The mechanic was amazing Anthony noticed I’d been waiting for a while, checked in on me, offered me water, and even helped me with issue other then what I originally came there for That level of kindness and customer care really stood out. The sales staff kept me informed every step of the way, giving me updates on the ETA and making sure I always knew what was going on. He was patient, helpful, and worked with me to find the best solution for my situation instead of making me feel pressured. The owner also took the time to come out, introduce himself, and personally check on what was happening with my situation. That personal attention showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and their experience. Overall, everyone at Top Value Car Sales went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that treats people with respect and genuinely cares.
