Had a very good experience working with Moani and Logan on 3/31/26. I needed a new truck and they had what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Moani helped me find the best available financing and Logan was very helpful with the test drive and going over all the paperwork/warranty options. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle or needs maintenance/safety check. Thank you guys!

Moani was wonderful and put me at ease when I was feeling pressed and stressed. As a single mom with three kids finding the right car was a really big deal. The Car Shop has a low-pressure, local vibe unlike other lots that are pushy and aggressive and were giving me anxiety. Patrick was cool and kept it real on the test drives. Both of them were patient with me, and Moani was understanding about my financial situation and questions about financing, etc. I’m so happy to now have my dream “mom car” - Honda CRV. I definitely recommend The Car Shop, and I’m so glad I came to see them before getting sucked into getting another car somewhere else.

Just got introduced to the Car Shop thru a mutual friend, and it was a great experience! Moani, Patrick and Jake were so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know much about buying used cars, but they walked me thru the process from start to finish. I never felt pressured, and they were very upfront with any cosmetic flaws and pointed out what they recently fixed/changed. We ended up buying a Tacoma at a fair price and are very happy with it! 🥰 I also love that it’s a locally owned, family run business ☺️ I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family that are looking for a good used car!!

Wondering buying experience. So many great memories were made the day we purchased our suv. The sellers were honest, friendly, and super accommodating. My husband and I will definitely be buying our future vehicle from The Car Shop. The prices were fair and the service was amazing 🙌. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend! I’m still trying to convince my husband to buy the bus 🤗.

This was my first time ever buying a vehicle and I went into it nervous because everyone always warns you about dealership tricks and high-pressure tactics. My experience at The Car Shop Hawaii was the complete opposite — it was honestly above and beyond what I expected. From the moment I showed interest in the car online, Kai reached out, called and texted me, and helped me set up an appointment with zero stress. When we arrived, everyone greeted us and the environment was super chill and welcoming. Pat was incredibly kind and walked us through everything about the car. I’m not mechanically inclined at all, so I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what to look for and what actually mattered. We did have plans to check out another car at a different dealership before making a decision, and I respected that Pat never pressured us. He actually encouraged us to go compare so we’d feel confident in our choice. We never even made it to the other car — the customer service there was so bad that we came straight back to The Car Shop. Pat walked us through the paperwork, explained every step clearly, and got everything set up so we could drive home that same day.
