Isaac Magnofa was our Salesman. Very conscientious, attentive, and helped us every step of the way. Actually, he went above and beyond expectations. Truly an amazing experience working with someone that obviously had our best interests at heart. The dealership has lived up to expectations and even taken care of a minor issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely a dealership and salesman I would recommend.

I went in and was immediately greeted and helped at the door, so A+ for customer service as a start. I showed what car I was interested in and Mingo Tankersley was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process from the test drive to me signing the papers. He was friendly and personable and it made the whole process seem a lot less daunting as it was my first new car purchase. I can't thank him and Honolulu Ford enough for working with me and making my dream of buying a Bronco achievable. Shout out to Ms. Karas as well for being so friendly communicative and making me laugh the entire time I signed.

We purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra from Honolulu Ford after seeing it advertised online and visiting the dealership to test drive it that afternoon. We initially planned to return another day because we needed to pick up our children from school, but our salesperson encouraged us to come back later the same day, stating it was a “great truck” that would likely be sold by Monday. My husband rearranged his schedule and returned later that day to discuss our trade-in and financing. The process felt rushed, and we did not complete paperwork and receive the keys until later that night. Shortly after bringing the truck home, we discovered significant roof damage that had not been disclosed during the sales process. We immediately contacted the dealership and were directed to speak with Sales Manager Bryson. When we met with Bryson in person, the interaction was extremely disappointing. He repeatedly stated the vehicle was purchased “as is” and said the dealership could not help us, despite us explaining that we did not cause the damage and that the truck was delivered in this condition. We asked the dealership to work with us in good faith toward repairing the roof, but assistance was refused. We later escalated the matter to dealership management. Honolulu Ford stated they reviewed prior photos and records and did not believe the damage existed prior to delivery. We requested copies of those records and photos, but no documentation was provided. We have since obtained a professional repair assessment indicating the damage may involve structural or safety concerns. What has been most disappointing is not just the condition of the vehicle, but the lack of professionalism, transparency, and meaningful assistance after the sale despite multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the issue directly. Based on our experience, we would encourage buyers to carefully inspect any vehicle before purchase and CONSIDER TAKING their BUSINESS ELSEWHERE if post-sale customer support and transparency are important to them.
