11/10 Experience, Came in asked for a Certain Car (Tesla) got a quick answer by Ken, very miltary friendly , got what I asked for on my Trade In Value (Honda) !! Test drive went smoothly , I actually ended up saving more on my trade in , very good surprise caught on by Ray during the buying process. Also cleaned the car before leaving the lot!!
