I found a car I liked online and decided to go in person to check it out. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry, I was contacted by Richard and had an appointment set up. I went to test drive the car I found online but wasn’t sold on it. Richard was kind and patient and showed me six other vehicles and let me test drive them and provided me with all of the information I asked and some extra. There was zero pressure to buy and you could tell the entire teams focus was making sure the customer was comfortable and relaxed, which is exactly the experience I had. Joshua walked me through warranties and the provided coverage and explained everything very well. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and I could have walked away with a car that day but took the evening to think about it. Zero pressure or guilting from the team, which I greatly appreciated. By Thursday I was in and out within 2 hours driving my newly purchased vehicle. I will definitely go this route in the future when I’m looking to purchase another vehicle and will recommend to all colleagues and friends who are on island looking for a new vehicle. Thank you Hertz Car Sales team for the wonderful experience start to finish!

DAKOTA the salesman and DAVE the Finance Manager were the best team to work with!!! I took an Uber to this Hertz because I had a bad experience at a dealership less than 2 miles away. The guys at Hertz answered ALL of my questions and were very patient with me as I had to pivot my train of thought and plan after a terrible experience elsewhere.
