I have never been so excited to leave a million star review. I am credit challenged......im working on it ok. Don't judge me. But when I tell you RJ and his team did everything possibleto get me approved and a YES from the bank. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a new or used car. The staff was helpful friendly and honestly an entire vibe. The place was bought by new owners and is under new management. Today I arrive not knowing, as always not knowing but trusting God. I came in today to see Mr. Jamaal Berry. My experience was phenomenal. Mr. Berry was very calm, quick without hesitation, humble, and was able to help me to accomplish exactly what I came in to do. Get a new car with air. This is the first time I've experienced the salesman saying he's going to work it out for me and actually did without all the extra surprises. I don't like having bills but I refuse to go without what I need. My air is out in my other car along with so many other issues. So I thank God for working through Mr Berry to help me today. I want to say thank you for your kindness and for helping me to get in this vehicle today. If God made the deal he will also make everything else fall on place. I had a great experience with AD….until he brought a car around and announced that he had “brought my car around.” I was never told how much we got approved for and did not get to pick the car I wanted. I have never had this happen. And then, on the way home, noticed a stain over the backseat passenger window. This was on a Friday. I had to go back to take some stuff back/pick up stuff for our trade in. They tried to fix the stain but made it worse. We live 80 miles so it’s not an easy drive. After I left on Monday and noticed the stain was worse, I called and actually spoke to the service manager. He stated that I could bring it back that day to change it but would have to resign everything. As for the service department, Michelle and Samantha are PHENOMENAL!! They bent over backward to help with my original problem on the original car. We will see what happens with the stain, which I think is water damage, in September when I go for the first oil change. I’m ok, not super excited like I should be, with the car but would have NEVER picked a gray car. If that’s how they operate, I hesitate to say that I would buy another car from here.
