Arslin Auction House

I see many people giving this place so much hate and I understand why some cars aren’t really ready to drive to let start at all but that’s because most are just sitting there for months of course it would need a jumpstart to crank. I purchased my first car here and they were kind of enough to fix it up for me so that I may have a safe drive home. The assistant manager dexter is very friendly and knows what’s he doing I may have taken longer to get in and out of the dealer but he waited until he knew it was ready and I’ve been very happy with my car, I highly recommend this place just ask about the car first and keep an open mind “I will recommend this place to anyone looking to buy their first car”

This dealership is the very worst i have ever dealt with. We purchased a car 3 weeks ago and it does not work AND THEY STILL HAVE IT. James the salesman has poor customer service skills....He's lied to us for weeks and the owner/lead...Dexter has not returned any calls. The vehicle has issues with wire harness - it will not crank up, fan not working, antifreeze leaking, and the lights do not work. This is ridiculous..The mechanic tried to piece it together to just get it off the lot.....These vehicles are not damaged....they are just GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.. I purchased a car in August and 4 months later still am not able to register this car. Finally they offered to let me get another car but I diddnt want to deal with them anymore. Mr. Mo then tells me I will have to pay a 20% restock fee on a stolen vehicle that he sold to me. I am in the process of suing them and I reported them to the BBC. I repeat DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Buyers beware. Arslin Auction is selling damaged vehicles. They made an attempt to sell me a car that has a history of accidents and was totaled. They offered no maintenance records or carfax but told me the car is in fantastic condition. I went ahead and got the Carfax report on my own and I've seen that it was a bad deal. If you need a car my advice would be to do business with a reputable dealership and stay away from Arslin.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!! I bought a 2004 Honda Accord CASH MONEY from them and it was infested with roaches, not to mention, transmission went out within 3 weeks of having the car. They weren’t even willing to look at the car for me . HORRIBLE SERVICE !
