So I had a scheduled appt for 11am. I arrived 10 min early - the guy told me they were running behind & it might be a while. Initially felt frustrated but hey that’s how it goes. I appreciated the fact he told me up front. He proceeded to offer me a courtesy shuttle back to my house so I could make efficient use of my wait time. My car was done at 2 pm at which point the courtesy shuttle returned to my house in Perry to return me to the dealer so I could get my car. Fantastic first time service experience - thanks to Tony for an excellent customer experience!

Got a 2026 Honda CRV a couple of weeks ago.Everyone from my sales professional Jessica, to the financial manager Alex, were top notch! I had an emission light come on( it was the gas I used,not the vehicle itself) after a week and they got me an appointment the next day. I was in and out very quickly. Tony in service was also great,as was AC the service manager. I would definitely suggest Hughes Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Jessica! She is great!
