5 Stars – Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had! CarMax Warner Robins is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, every single person greets you with a warm, “I really want to help you buy a car fairly” attitude. No pressure, no games — just genuine service. I sold cars for 6 years in San Diego, so I know the business. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. We visited 5 times and met a new team member each time: Austin, Dontrell, Caleb, Aisher, Tania, Osirus, Deneeshi, Nuvindu, Robbie, Sharda, and Nia. Every one of them went above and beyond. They offer 24-hour test drives, free in-state transfers, and constant updates like tracking a FedEx package. We missed out on the first Outlander my wife loved, but they found us a 2024 from another location at no charge. Osirus even got us a second 24-hour test drive to make sure it was right. Nia skipped her lunch to make sure we drove home happy. We left with a clean vehicle, full tank of gas, and a whole new “love of car.” What a team!! We were able to sell both of our cars for the same price as KBB valued them. The Honda Accord we bought messed up in less than 24 hours. CarMaxx has a 7-10 return process that was so easy. And don’t get me started on getting to use the same person start to finish is so refreshing and the scanning window with no hassle pricing absolutely fantastic.

This was the first vehicle I’ve ever purchased where the entire experience was not only easy, NOT stressful, but dare I say pleasurable?! We worked with Rae who was FANTASTIC (and great with busy little kids who had no patience for car shopping). We felt we got a solid deal, with no haggling necessary like traditional dealerships. Rae went above and beyond to ensure we got some minor things taken care of on the vehicle we purchased. The service team and management were excellent and provided great follow-up customer service. I am thoroughly impressed with this entire car buying experience.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime & I can honestly say this was the best, most pleasant experience I have ever had. Caleb, my salesperson, patient and helpful in helping me to choose the right vehicle for me after the one I had reserved was not available. The whole place was high vibing and pleasant and professional and just on another level for everyone coming in to purchase that day as I was observing everything in my surroundings as I always do. Terrible car-buying experience ever. I thought I would try this shopping online for a car since I like technology, BUT this was the biggest mistake ever. I order a car ro come to the location in which I live in Warner Robins, GA. When it got shipped here, I was informed and I made an appointment for a test drive. Upon going in there were so many people sitting around. I went to counter and stated " I am here for a test drive that I have an appointment for and the lady said I will check you in and you can have a seat. Then upon sitting down i can hear everyone mumbling as to how long they have been waiting. I asked this gentleman how long he had been there and he stated 3 hours. I said, let me go and ask how this procedure works because I have never purchased a car this way before. I proceed to counter to inquire and the representative tells me they will have to get me a saleperson to sign escort me for a test-drive but presently they didn't have anyone. I said will I be sitting here 3 hours because that is ridiculous and she stated that they were short staffed and it should not be that long. While sitting here, I started back looking for cars on the market because I didnt have a good feeling about this whole entire process. People kept coming in like it was a shopping mall and nothing like a dealership.
