We bought a Toyota Rav4 on Saturday. Chris, the Manager, came out to talk to us while Blake was off the lot for a moment. Chris was excellent! He gave us keys to several vehicles on the lot and told us to take our time to look, no pressure. Blake came back and we test drove the Rav4. I immediately fell in love with it. We went inside to do the magic, another no hassle or pressure moment. I told Blake what I could afford monthly, and he worked a deal. CHEAPER MONTHLY PAYMENTS THAN WHAT I ASKED FOR!! We signed all of the paperwork and I told Blake and Chris up front that I was going to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic to make sure it checked out and is dependable. They encouraged me to do so!!! They also told me that if there were any problems, let them know so their mechanics could fix it to my standards! There are no problems with the vehicle!! I highly suggest giving this dealership a chance if you are in the hunt for a good, quality used vehicle. I will definitely be back! Definitely a great experience. No bs car dealership with nice people. Great customer service still exists. No credit bad credit actually does not matter here unlike these dealerships advertising that on the radio. Happy with my vehicle and already looking to buy another one because of how easy it was to get this one. Used cars with optional 3 month/3000 mile warranty and 3 day guarantee which has a list of things they will fix at no cost. After the 3rd day $65 diagnostic fee which is the cheapest I've seen in warner robins. Thanks again victory!

I came here looking around and was kind of undecided about what I wanted. Chris, greeted me right on in and introduced himself to me. Chris, took the time out of his busy day to listen to me and too see exactly what I was looking for. Chris, has great hospitality, great communication and great service. My experience with Victory Lane Auto Sales was extremely troubling. The vehicle involved in my purchase showed serious undisclosed issues, including major mechanical failure and evidence of water intrusion discovered after delivery. Even more concerning, Victory Lane Auto Sales appeared on the title as the seller of record, yet the paperwork reflected a broken chain of ownership, and I was later asked to sign a reassignment document that I refused because it did not reflect a proper or lawful transfer. After these issues were raised through formal channels, there was no meaningful response or resolution. Buyers should exercise extreme caution and carefully review all documentation before proceeding
