My experience here was quite positive overall, and I found the entire process to be smooth, comfortable, and easy to follow. The staff were helpful and created a relaxed environment where I could explore different cars without feeling rushed or pressured into making a decision. They provided clear and honest information, which made the decision-making process much easier for me. I appreciated their patience while I carefully considered my options. There was a minor delay during the final steps, but it didn’t affect the experience much, and I’m satisfied with my purchase and would consider visiting again.

I must say this place is amazing, I’ve had my car now going on a year & a half it was a pleasantly easy process very fast very affordable but more said very dependable also over this time they are very easy to communicate with , they work with you if any mishaps comes about , I’ve only had one small problem that they make it safe to come to them in office,assisting with repairs within the business ! Awesome company! Love my Honda !

Mike & Chitara are very nice, the office is very nice, the restroom is nice and clean,the chairs in their lobby are so nice and comfy, the floors are well swept,their desks are free of clutter,and wow...their glass and lobby windows are always so...clear! Their paper appears to be well stocked as well! I used one of their ink pens one time and I couldn't believe how well it wrote! Wow! They are definitely a good team! Professional, courteous, pleasant and just always so nice.

If I could give zero stars I would! I would highly NOT recommend this company! They use deceptive practices as well as predatory tactics to cheat you out of your money. I purchased a vehicle on 8/25/25. Made my first payment BEFORE the due date on 09/09/25. Vehicle was taken on 09/17/25. I was a great customer to them I had one small issue to happen that DID NOT involve nonpayment that could have been resolved easily but instead they repossessed my vehicle so that I would have to pay more fees to put more money into their pockets. I would never do a person the way that they did me. They got tired of me contacting them to fix the vehicle so instead they found the slightest issue and took my vehicle. I am a single mother with a disabled child and a sick child and not only did they take my money they took my means of transportation to and from appointments for my babies! These people are not fair and they are not just! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
