⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Experience with This Kia Dealership I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. I brought my vehicle in because of an ongoing issue, and before any proper diagnosis was performed, the service advisor—who is not a mechanic—seemed to already have decided what was wrong with my car. I paid nearly $200 for a diagnostic fee, yet they never fixed the actual problem. In my opinion, their technicians are more “parts changers” than true diagnosticians. Instead of properly identifying the root cause, they seem to rely on replacing parts and hoping for the best. To make matters worse, after performing a transmission fluid service, my engine cover was missing, and nobody could provide a satisfactory explanation for what happened to it. The customer service was just as disappointing. The service manager was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care throughout the entire process. My advice: be careful before spending your money here. This dealership appears to be focused on selling vehicles rather than providing competent service and support after the sale. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest diagnostics, qualified technicians, or quality customer service. The only reason I gave this dealership one star is because Google doesn’t allow me to give zero stars.

Family & friends are the biggest haters. Alexis has common sense and dealership training to know not to attempt to pressure sale a senior citizen that was not feeling well at the time. He has with multiple vehicles newer than what he was trying to get which was insane. A spouse that did not need to make a purchase. I called at least 7 phone numbers about the inquiry to a virtual company that's ran by software and a single person on the other side of the country if not overseas and that man was shocked I went that far! The reviews are made before the sale for promo. The ignorance is one thing, the minding your own business is another. Weeks of being me bothered about emailing check stubs which people don't even do anymore... I don't care what he's 'saying' when out & about the, that garbage credit system has my INFO now too!!! All up in my affairs, health, SM, like trying to be nosey for years like I didn't own my own things before meeting him. I've had enough of assumptions on my end with our children like family isn't important . Yes, *He's a grown man, I wouldn't ever want a boy because I'm a grown woman with gray hair and appearing young on my SM doesn't change that Unethical buy here pay here tactics on very old automobiles so they can breakdown and sold again and tear up... He could've gone straight to GM or Ford with his wife & kids and our corporate discount... Hater. Told me he was 'single man like I don't know the laws of a cheating or mislead one and thats moving straight into social media politically driven slander of someone you don't even know like that because of other females like my nieces, cousins just digging through people's credit and social media accounts. Yes, I'm ticked off.
