We were completely satisfied with the coordination of the purchase. Our salesperson, Larry, did an outstanding job. Their personnel were courteous and gracious. We were able to thoroughly check the vehicle out and test drive it multiple times prior to purchasing. All our concerns were resolved resulting in a completely satisfying sale. Their professional establishment and courteous staff combined to make our purchase a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Zero stars really should be an option. Larry Harris at one time sold good vehicles. My Avalanche was damn good. Just like the Avalon before it. But now completely different. Larry and Loretta ( Finance manager if she is still there ) are stealing from every customer they can. My bank asked for the title 2 times without a reply or the title from 360. That part I didn't know. Larry and I had agreed that he could get the truck back and he would return my $6k. He didn't meet me at Sheriff's department. But instead laid a trap to try an " Strong Arm Robbery " attempt. Lied under oath that I didn't pay him. He agreed to return my $6k but changed his mind. Then repoed the truck. And charged me for 8,102miles. Only return less than $1,500.00 of my $6,000.00 now saying that I only gave him $4,000.00 STAY AWAY. In the 2mos that I had the truck. I never went pass Atlanta. I wanted to upload pictures of everything I am saying. But it will not let me

They sold me a $12,000 2011 Ford Explorer that runs funny and isn't painted on the side. He promised me that he would paint it and did not. When he sold it to me it was dirty and I had to get it cleaned out. It was SO unsanitary and so was the $12,000 2008 Lexus with the broken trunk he tried to sell me before this. I'm already speaking to the newspapers about this slum. How do you sell somebody a dirty car when they have given you $3500?! Then he TRIED to steal my money for my tag and make me pay it again. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! He took advantage of the fact that I needed help and got two lemons off of his lot. I was homeless with my children and he knew that. All I had was my taxes and he took it let me pay for this car for over a year and then tried to repo it in June. My dad had to come and pay the rest of it off because this man is a predator. Feelings are so hurt because someone took advantage of me when I was so vulnerable. They took all my money that I needed for my kids and then tried to take my truck and embarrass me in front of my kids. This company will get exactly what they deserve for messing with God's children. 🙏🏿

So far I've spent 1,500 in repairs . What decent salesman doesn't check his merchandise??? I know who the people at 360. Beware you've been warned. Don't say you didn't know. These reviews aren't lies if you go. You will see for yourself.

Terrible! I purchased a vehicle there March 8th 2024....the next morning the check engine light came on and it wouldn't drive over 20mph. ..without shaking. I emailed and was told to have it towed to them. Three days later Mr. Larry calls and tells me to pick it up...nothing is wrong...The check engine light magically went off and it works fine. He said he would even drive it to me. He never made it. A lady called a few days later and said he told her he had to get a converter. 3 weeks later...they call for us to pick it up. The next morning the same thing happens....check engine light comes on and the same shake (limp mode) It has been sitting in the driveway since. I have emailed many times....they had set up a time to pick it up...but no one showed. I called up there and Mr. Larry said the guy who was supposed to pick it up had gout ...so couldn't come. That was 5 weeks ago. I finally got a tag after 60 days....I still don't have a title. Before I even purchased the vehicle ...we had a lengthy conversation about how I needed it to take care of my 82 year old Mom and the 4 grandbabies that live with me. I had asked for my money back....about 3 weeks in and was told no.....! I just wanted them to make it right. $6500 is a lot to pay for a yard ornament. 😭Please pick somewhere more reliable....if you are looking for a dependable car.
