So it had been 11 years since I had gone through the process of getting a new vehicle. Honestly, I had forgot about all the paperwork involved in the purchase of a new vehicle. But when I saw this van listed at S&S auto for a good market value I went forward with the purchase. Because I live in Vermont, not Georgia all the paperwork was done electronically. The process went smoothly because of a great salesman Omar. Omar was kind and patient with me through the process. I had my van delivered by a transport company found by Omar. My van arrived in good shape and is now parked in my driveway. So happy with the entire process.

I came looking for a car. They wanted a large down payment. I didn't have a large down payment. They were nice though. I went somewhere else and got a nice car with a low down payment. I am happy.

I was told that I would get 2 things repaired the day I got my car just bring it back. The manager and sales lady said it to me multiple times and I was only able to get one thing fixed. They serve department is incompetent unprofessional and a waste of time. Wouldn't answer the phone but when you pop up on them he's sitting in the office on the phone having a personal conversation. I wouldn't dare take my car back to them. And I wouldn't trust the manager or sales person word if you need work done. Fix it first and then purchase the vehicle
