I was look on the market for a used car for a couple weeks now. I am someone who doesn’t really know vehicle and is a non native English speaker, Tim help me out a lot. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. It has been three months since I purchased my vehicle, and they still have not processed the necessary paperwork for my permanent tag. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Rather than providing clear communication or ownership of the issue, I have repeatedly been transferred from one person to another without receiving any meaningful updates or resolution. Purchasing a vehicle should be a straightforward and professional experience, but that has not been the case here. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a dealership that values customer service, professionalism, and timely follow-through.

DO NOT BUY FROM Atlanta Unique Auto Sales ON BUFORD HIGHWAY. We recently purchased an Audi from Atlanta Unique Auto Sales for our daughter. The CarFax report looked clean, the vehicle had low mileage, it presented well cosmetically, and it appeared to be in good mechanical condition during our inspection. However, within approximately 50 miles of driving, the transmission warning light came on. We returned the vehicle to the dealership, where they cleared the code and assured us everything was fine. Within another 25 miles, both the transmission and check engine lights returned. At that point, we were told the vehicle was sold "as-is." We then took the car to two independent European auto repair shops for evaluation. Both identified pre-existing issues that appear to have been present before the sale. Additionally, a broken block screw was discovered after the vehicle was returned to the dealership's possession, resulting in an oil leak. The estimated repair costs are now approximately $2,600. Unfortunately, Georgia's "as-is" vehicle sales laws provide very limited recourse for buyers in situations like this. The biggest mistake I made was not reading the dealership's Google reviews before purchasing. Many reviewers describe experiences very similar to ours, with repeated complaints about vehicles developing significant mechanical problems shortly after purchase. I can't change what happened to us, but I can share our experience so others can make a more informed decision. Please do your research, read the reviews carefully, and proceed with caution if considering a purchase from Atlanta Unique Auto Sales.
