I purchased 450 GL Mercedes. I had no problems. I am planning to purchase my second car with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really care about the customer.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this dealership, George or Michel to anyone if they were the last lot left in the world. I purchased a 2013 BMW 650i from them. I worked a deal with George before I arrived at the lot who I thought was a decent man, come to find out he’s a scam artist. I notified George the morning of to tell him we were coming and would be there in an hour. Upon arriving, George advised us that his “brother” was using the car as a daily driver and was headed that way with the car and would be there in about 20 minutes. As we stood outside, my husband witnessed the car fly up Lawrenceville Hwy past the dealership and even advised George he did and asked where his brother was. About another 20 minutes passed and a gentlemen showed up in the vehicle who was not George’s brother yet a man that worked at the make shift mechanic shop attached to the dealership. The car was smelling of burning brakes and coolant. My husband spoke with the driver who advised he had “topped off” the coolant before he got there and spilt it and that was the burning smell. My husband informed him that he saw him speed up the street and the gentleman stated “yah I was trying to hurry up so you wouldn’t see me”. Nonetheless we finished the deal and headed home. We drove 45 minutes home and by the time we arrived we had a tire error and a coolant error and the coolant was empty. I immediately messaged George. The next morning we received an engine malfunction error on the dash. I reached out to George again and requested to return the car for my money back but George insisted he was an honest man and arranged a tow truck to pick up the car and promised he would legitimately fix the vehicle. At that time; we had a tire error, engine error, coolant error, headlight error and noticed the engine bay cover was broken and there was loose hoses and make shift repairs under the cover. Tow truck arrived on the 19th. Mind you we purchased on the 16th. George advised me after me following up with him the next day that they were going to fix the headlights, have the tire repaired because it was a new tire because when they got the car they replaced it because the tire kept leaking, he stated they found the coolant leak between the engine and transmission after running a pressure test and would fix that and that the engine error was from o2 sensors and the module that he would replace. My husband showed up to the lot on the 25th to check on the car since we did not hear anything and the car was not there. George advised my husband that he was having the tire welded and was planning to call him that day. I followed up with George on the 27th and he stated he was getting ready to call me and the car was done and he was waiting for it to be detailed so I could pick it up before the holiday. My husband picked up the car that day around 5pm. We drove it home and parked it and was gone for the holiday. I went to drive the car Tuesday morning the 3rd and there was a drivetrain malfunction warning. I immediately messaged George and was ignored. Today is the 5th and I had the car towed to BMW to have it checked out. The car has 17k in repairs and two of the repairs are repairs George claimed he did. BMW noted the repairs on the turbo coolant hoses were improperly done, advised the o2 sensors and module were not replaced and stated that there was no way the dealership had no idea of any of these issues. I reached out to George and again was ignored. I will be seeking legal ramifications. Everything is documented and recorded. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
