I had inquired a vehicle they had. Communicating back n forth through messenger and text was my way of communicating for a week to fit in a day to go see them and the vehicle. Hands down the easiest place to do business if you in the market for a great used vehicle. There advertising is 100% true to there word. No credit check and they offer financing. A down payment is all i needed financially and proof of employment and income. A shout out to Nikki she was the woman who took care of me and made it simple to buy truck i wanted. I bought a car back in April from Ms Nikki. When I tell you my experienc was great. The car running so good I went all the way to Myrtle Beach and came back with no problems and I love that. If you're looking for a car with no problems and you have your down payment this is the best place to go. They get you in and out with no problems. She even help you find insurance for the car and that is a great deal as well. So what I'm trying to tell you beautiful and handsome people if you really need a car hit them up and they will get you riding today with no problems you don't have to bring all that paperwork and go through all that credit check everyone qualifies with them and that's the good part about great business with them you're going to ride.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car! My saleswoman by the name of Nikki she was absolutely wonderful — her communication was excellent, she was patient throughout the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. She truly treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car!

I would not recommend this dealership. In my experience, multiple vehicles on the lot appeared to have issues, and I regret purchasing from them. I bought a Kia Sorento that began overheating before I even made it home. When I contacted the dealership for assistance, they were not willing to help or take responsibility. I also found the sales environment unprofessional, the salesman speaking negatively about customers who did not make a purchase. Additionally, the test drive was extremely limited—only a very short drive down the road—which did not give enough time to properly evaluate the vehicle. I also wanted to note, that I had asked if we could exchange the vehicle and they said they wouldn’t exchange anything. I also paid more than what I should have for a vehicle that I can’t drive at all. On top of all of this, It took them at least two months to send me the title. I explained muiktple times the address I needed it to be sent to. They ended up sending it to the wrong place and luckily he called me to let me know and how he was going to fix it. He still messed up my address and luckily my mail lady recognized the address and name or it would’ve been another two weeks. Overall, I would advise others to do thorough research and consider other dealerships before buying here.

These people will sale you a vehicle. Take all your money down and once a problem happens with your vehicle you WILL NOT HEAR from them they will excessively send you past due invoices once you don’t pay on a vehicle that NO LONGER SERVES YOUR NEEDS . It’s ridiculous I had my car for a month and 13 days and it was broke on side of the road shortly after . Them they came and towed it without warning and trying to charge me towing fees and loan breaking fees I just had to lawyer up . GUYS PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WORH THESE PEOPLE I KNOW ITS HARD GETTING AROUND BUT I ADVISE BUY SOMETHING CASH OR GET CREDIT IN A GOOD STANDING DONT BE LIKE ME AND RUSH INTO DEBT WITH BAD PEOPLE LIKE GEORGIA ELITE AUTO SALES
