Marlo and Ronny helped us get a great deal on a 'new-to-her' car for our daughter. Smooth and efficient process. However, on the drive home we stopped at a gas station, and were locked out of the car we had just purchased. The proximity key battery was dead and the valet key in the fob did not unlock the door. They at least sent a locksmith to unlock the door; however they have not done anything to rectify the situation. The proximity key has a new battery and still won't unlock the car. The salesman assured my husband he had been driving the car around, but if that's the case, he never locked it. Also, there is an Engine Maintenance Required warning on. They assured us the problem associated to it had been corrected but the code had not been cleared; however, our Toyota dealership tried to clear it and it will not clear. They did not correct the problem associated to the message. When my husband called back, he was told they didn't believe they would be fixing those issues. It had all the issues the moment we drove it off the lot even though we were assured there were no issues.

I wouldn't suggest nobody get a car from these scam artists they are crooks. I purchased a car May 16 2026 by the 18th I called and texted to let them know car driving weird and making weird noises, after a day or two they responded I can bring it back they will fix it. They had it for 4 days claim they cant find any issues but said I can pay for diagnostic (real mechanic) if they find issues then they could fix it then. Before I can even get to a shop check engine light came on and wouldn't accelerate I immediately called the manager said now light on I can bring it back they will find the problem now I chose to take it to Christian brothers instead to get diagnostic. Christian brothers had it 3 day over weekend then found over $2000 worth issues and on top of that needs a new transmission. I texted and called for days to reach the dealership no response so I reported it to financial people to try to get out my loan they sent it to the fraud department for review that takes 15 days. The dealership finally said bring them the car they will change transmission didn't mention the other $2000 worth of work. I dropped it off June 4th by the 12th they still haven't gave me any updates after calling and text multiple days. Then the fraud department let me know im no longer in my loan cancel loan due to fraud return the car they said but dealership and get my $900 down payment back but they already got car. For days I reached out no response so I went there May 16th they refused to give me my money back gave me email said reach out to them they will decide if they will refund you we cant do it at dealership. Turns out the email the manager personal email so of course he didn't respond but they responded to fake email sent thinking someone wants to check out a car crazy. Now im going to have to go through long process taking them to court for $900 im also going report them to BBB they crooks scam artists and they got me dont let them get you too!!! They tell everyone they been driving the car its a good car i watched each sales person say that to different customers on phone its rehearsed don't fall for it!!!
