Had a 2003 car last me 4 years and then a 2007 car last me 3 years at an affordable price. I also bought my dad a car from here and it's been going strong for a year so far. The cars aren't the best but you can find diamonds in the rough. Just make sure to test drive it and make sure it looks and feels fine. The cons I've personally experienced were them adding a GPS tracker on my first car, probably since I was financing it as a high school student. That led to my battery getting drained and dying constantly until a mechanic found the tracker. He told me it was illegal, but I get why it was done. Another con is they don't fix the back 2 windows if they don't work. For the best experience, buy with cash.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I do not recommend them at all. Yes I may have missed a few payments on my car but that's only because I was putting money into the vehicle they gave me because it kept breaking down on me, I have 4 kids so it was hard enough with my income, They never once came out to my house to try and "repo" the vehicle and they had my address, I spoke with the lady up front named Donna, I asked her why they flagged my tag in the system because I just tried getting my tag for my vehicle I bought out right, She proceeded to tell me I "ran off" with their vehicle, Remind y'all they NEVER once came out to my house to repo the vehicle not once!!! I had to replace the starter, the alternator, the 02 sensors, and a couple other parts, it still kept breaking down on me so I called them and told them to come pick the vehicle up and they did! So please tell me how I ran off with their vehicle. The whole time they knew where I was, I'm a stay at home mom of 4 kids, never really went anywhere...so yeah y'all stay clear from this place because they will screw you over BIG time!

First time purchase years ago was ok , 2nd time not even a whole 2 months into this and now regretting dealing with them. Paid 160.00 for Dodge to put it on their computers to do a complete diagnostics of the 2011 Jeep Liberty meanwhile lights were on the Dash upon leaving the lot then erased by the mech or whoever he is there just to keep em off till it was already signed and money had been exchanged, Had an incident where the vehicle spun out at a RED light and ended up in oncoming traffic only to find out its steering angle sensor/clock spring & traction control module ... this could had ended up VERY badly and lives could had been lost very dangerous and now they want to say oh the dealership will tell you anything to get money um NO computers don't lie ! in fact when you have the person here tell you oh its probably the clockspring .... Um so then you and Dodge are liars? At this point when it becomes a Dangerous thing where small children have rode in this vehicle and lives are at risk now makes me not very happy.

Where do I start? To start off strong, Donna, the front desk lady, looks and sounds like she hates her existence on earth each time she spoke to me, phone or in person. She also didnt want to help me at all, she basically refused to leave her desk. Lazy and emotionless. Next, the main owners grandson took a photo of my ID, and gave me the keys to a car I was going to test drive. My mom was waiting in her car, and since there’s no accommodations available my mom was cooking in her car from heat due to no large waiting room and no shade trees, so she began to just drive around and wait till I come back from my test drive. My mom then called me and told me she felt unsafe because a black SUV was following her at every turn. Once I arrived back from the text drive I saw the black SUV belonged to the owner. The grandson parked behind me, and waited until I have him the keys. I asked what’s going on and the owner came over with his panties in a bunch and yelled to me, that he’s not doing business with me. He told me he thought we were stealing from them. My family and I were in a state of confusion. The man had my ID, knew my face and address. The owner is an older man and I’m afraid he’s senile. Also all of their cars have extreme high mileage, and always have a problem. Each car I’ve test drove always had a light on that was “being fixed.” Their prices are not realistic. They were one of my options to go to, but I ended up going to Emotion auto sales, where they offer flexibility, and realistic prices for vehicles they service same day if you test drive. Great buy here pay here. I got my car from them.
