My experience with David, the owner, is that he's a very hard working, honest businessman in a tough industry. I know David to be a straight shooter who strives to sell good cars and produces great quality repair service as well. I proudly have and will do business with him and as a fellow business owner feel very confident in promoting Evolution Auto Group.

Mike came into the Verizon store I worked at to mention the new shop opening close by in Winter Haven, about a month or so ago. We had a great conversation and I mentioned to him the issues I was having with my car (2006 Nissan 350z 6 speed manual); as well as issues I was having getting it serviced at the dealership and them not doing good work. It seems that once I mentioned to the Nissan dealership that I had a third party warranty, they would do half the job. Even paid for an alignment and the car was in the same condition I took it in. They saw the bad work and did nothing about it and wouldn't fix it. Took my car to Pep Boys from the warranty companies suggested partners and they didn't even give me a call back to schedule service. They did at least tell me one of the many issues that I was having with the car, and didn't charge me for the diagnosis, when I initially took it in. Thank you for that Pep Boys, but I guess my money was no good there. I took my car in to Mike and his team last week after he followed up with me to tell his paperwork with the county had gone through for him to do warranty work, part of the convo we had when he came to Verizon to promote his company. I just got my car back today and she is running like a pearl. He was able to replace my lower ball joints and tie rods through my warranty company , which Nissan service department completely overlooked after already paying a deductible to get some work done in that same area of the car! My ball joints were so worn that wind could move them. I told Nissan myself that something in that area felt extremely worn and they still missed it. Nothing against the hard working techs at the dealership and Pep Boys but come on guys! Mike and his team also replaced my serpentine belt, clutch kit, rear rotors and rear brakes and did an an oil change. The rotors were to thin to resurface so we had to replace them. Initially we were going to do his $100 resurface brake special. He even brought in a Nissan clutch specialist to help with the clutch job. They are honest with their prices and working in the auto industry myself as a salesperson and a mechanic I can vouch for those prices. I will say please take your car here for service, if you would like headache free, hassle free , top quality work. I spent $1500 with Mike and his team, majority being the clutch work, as clutch work is very tedious and clutch work isn't covered under most warranties as it is a wear and tear part. But they made sure and triple checked with my warranty company to see all what could be covered and even discovered more work that needed to be done as they stripped the car down. They were able to get the new discoveries covered under warranty as well an alignment . I got a lot of bang for my buck! Feels good to finally have a place I can get good tech service at. I trust Evolution Auto especially after all the crap have been through with other establishments. Thank you guys so much. My car feels brand new! And I don't mind taking the time to leave a detailed review simply because I have been through so much headache trying to find a good tech. You don't have to read it all lol. You guys brought life back to that car! Thank you again.

Excellent customer service! David is really nice and professional. Got an oil change and new breaks at an affordable price. Definitely recommend!

Buyers beware...David is nice. He's nice enough to allow someone that steals your identity to purchase a vehicle from him. He'll even help them obtain an unsecured loan in your name using his bank connections. He won't even call the person to verify their consent utilizing all the technology available in 2019.
