I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I decided to go and look at a few of the cars anyway. I'm so glad I did! The car was in great condition and priced very fairly. The sales person was honest throughout the entire process, and my husband and I were very happy with the way we were treated. There was a new co-new owner (Carlos) who was in the process of making improvements, and it really showed. He provided excellent customer service and even called us 30 days after the purchase to make sure we were happy with the car. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for such a great experience!

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER DEALT WITH THEY SCAM RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY AND ACT DUMB WHEN U PRESS THEM ABOUT IT. I saw one of their cars on Facebook Marketplace. It had low mileage, the pictures looked good, and the guy I was talking to seemed professional. He wanted me to come down to Tampa to check out the car. In the meantime, I asked if I could put a security deposit on the vehicle so I’d have peace of mind that it wouldn’t be sold, and that the money would go toward the down payment. I asked this multiple times, and they agreed. When the day finally came, I went to Tampa to check out and possibly buy the car. I brought a few people with me who know more about mechanics than I do, just to make sure I didn’t overlook anything. When I got there, I couldn’t even see the car at first—they had it parked in the back. It looked dusty, like it had been sitting there for a while. When I asked for the keys, the car didn’t even start. They had to use a jumper pack just to get the battery going. The car seemed fine during the test drive, but when I looked more closely, there were several issues. For example, the windshield wipers were missing, there were trim pieces sitting in the back seats, one of the taillights didn’t work, and when I used the indicator, the wing stayed up even after pressing the button to put it down. These are things they should have checked before I even got there. They also had a new aftermarket infotainment system that wasn’t even installed. After the test drive and inspection, I spoke with the finance team. They were talking about a first month’s payment of $1,514.50 for an $8,000 car, and $450 monthly payments for 18 months with an extremely high 18–23% APR. They also offered in-house financing, which I initially thought was a good thing, but I realized it really wasn’t. If I had gone through with that deal, I wouldn’t even be building credit—I’d just be sending money directly to them. I left to see if I could save enough to buy the car. By the time I was ready to go back and finalize everything—and this time I had everything ready (insurance, my dad’s license, and the money)—they sent me a text saying they had already sold the car. I was obviously upset, so I immediately asked for a refund on my security deposit. I texted both the salesperson and the finance guy, but neither of them gave a valid reason for refusing the refund. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. All I have to say is this is not the end. They think they can just take money from a customer without any consequences, but they’re wrong. The dealership’s rating should have been a red flag for me, but the deal seemed too good—it was a 2014 Audi TT for $8,000–$9,000 with only 48k miles. That’s why I was so invested in it. But now it’s gone, and I have to move on. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I KNOW Y’ALL BARELY GET BUSINESS, BUT I WORKED HARD FOR THAT $250. Don’t be surprised when a letter with my name on it shows up in your mail.

DONT COME HERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD. While signing and paying for my vehicle, one of their mechanics became very aggressive toward my mother because he thought she was talking about him on a call (she was not) and got in her face as if he was going to put his hands on her. He had to be removed from the office while I finished trying to get out of this place. When I purchased my vehicle they were under a written and signed contract to fix a few things that I didn’t want to purchase the car without. Did I get them fixed? Absolutely not. In fact, upon returning multiple times to get my car fixed, I was met with pushback and sudden amnesia. Not long after I purchased my vehicle it started to experience a series of expensive mechanical problems. I also NEVER received my title and after going back and forth for a few months they had the audacity to try and charge me a ridiculous $900 “late fee” as if it were MY fault that they never transferred the title on their end. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE PLEASE.

The Listing on Facebook showed the car had 150,000 miles on once purchase he told me it was $192,000. Wasn’t able to test drive the car to far. Had questions about the car and upon the day handing the money he told me the car had no ac or working radio. A month later I couldn’t drive the car because the transmission issues. The day my tag died is the day he told me he couldn’t transfer the tag. Had issues with the purchase of the vechile I met 3 different dudes and told me 3 different things. Upon arriving n he had me sitting outside for 45 minutes to a hour. He took 2 days to give me my actual 30 day tag. Wasn’t picking up the phone or responding in a timely manner and didn’t know much about the car. The first man that show me the car was ok the other 2 no.
