Such great customer service! I have to thank Dino and Toris. They helped me over the phone & email with grace. I did everything online, terrible credit but was able to drive off with a car & loan I wanted. We've been in contact all day. Very good communication and flexibility. Dino and Toris even got the paperwork I needed to my car so that I'll have it if they close and I'm not there in time (i left my personal car there). Now I'm waiting to sign my e-contract to finalize everything. From the time I thought of buying the car (which was yesterday morning) to evening time, we had the car! Everything was handled swiftly. I had a great experience for my first time. Thank you so much.

Saw a FB post, called the same day for details and spoke with Omar who provided the address to go see it. We test drove the car and offered a deal which was accepted on the spot! The description & price matched the advertisement exactly and everyone in the office was extremely courteous. Everything was very straight forward. I love the ease of the process and most importantly the car! I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I’m so glad I read the reviews! We agreed on a price for a classic truck. Gave them all my info. I told them I’d like to fly out and look at the truck personally but Oliver said that he would deliver it to my house for my inspection and that I could complete our transaction within 24 hours of arrival. They said it would arrive in the evening and I waited and nothing. They said it would arrive the next evening and nothing. They were dishonest and I’m disappointed with these guys. Oliver tried to convince me that all of the bad reviews were from crazy people, but the reviews were accurate. If I can convince luxury auto mall to be more honest or convince someone to avoid this company,…. Mission accomplished!

It’s a scam, stay away!!! I was in communication with Josh for the past week. Agreed on a truck I was going to buy. Sent me all the pictures, game me all my personal info for approval and when I finally come to get te truck it was a bait and switch. First he wanted me to sign the papers, I told him I needed to see the truck first. After waiting 25 minutes, he said the truck is outside but i have to go so here’s the key and do the papers with another sales person. When I went outside to see the truck, immediately I noticed it was a completely different one than the picture. I said I came for the truck in the picture that we agreed even this morning that was ready for me. They tried to convinced me to take the other one but I left. I was very upset at the principle that they lied to customers.
