No Games! No hassle! Just like the website says! I purchased my second vehicle with with Five Star Auto Sales.A BMW at a fair price and we got the deal done fast! THERE WERE NO EXTRA FEES!!! Great service, Great cars,and great people. I've looked at cars at other dealerships , and they continue to move the goal line after setting a price. A lot of other dealerships also charge enormous amounts in unnecessary fees.Not here. ThanksTolga,Tirso,Clayton,Jessica,and Harris. If I forgot anybody, I'll get you on the next one. My wife saw something she liked while I was purchasing my BMW, so we're going to pull the trigger soon.

Five star auto has honestly been one of the best and most personal car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Tirso made getting into something I wanted easy, simple, no pressure at all. Ever concern and after thought I’ve had of the vehicle has been dealt with in a timely and efficient manor. If you care about the vehicle they will care about it. Albert the mechanic in the back, Awesome!!! My experience has been beyond what I could ask. This place is a hidden gym!!

Staff was great vehicle is awesome. Highly recommend, if you need a vehicle go pay them a visit and don't forget to pet the cat. Lovable lil kitty.

I recommend taking the negative reviews seriously. And If you find a car you really like here, make sure to have it inspected by a professional mechanic before purchasing. I bought a car from this dealership on 9/1/23 for $27.6K. In less than three years, I’ve had to take it in for repairs 10 times and have spent over $6.3K so far. That level of repair is not normal, especially considering I work from home and haven’t put many miles on the vehicle. And I still have additional issues that need to be addressed. Shortly after purchasing, I initially left a review when I started noticing issues and had tried to get the owner to address them. He contacted me, apologized, and said the problems would be fixed. After the repairs were completed, he asked me to remove my review, which I did. Looking back, I shouldn’t have. I understand that car ownership comes with maintenance costs, but the number and severity of repairs I’ve experienced go far beyond typical wear and tear. Just be cautious and do your due diligence before buying.
