Auto Approval is an amazing place to get a used car. My Elantra broke down on me after 3 years of having it and I was on the market for a replacement for 4 long months. I kept getting scammed from private sellers, other dealerships wanted an arm and a leg for a down payment… it really felt like I was never going to get a car until I stumbled upon Auto Approval! Very friendly, very honest and straight to the point, and they were able to help me with this beautiful 2010 Honda Civic the same day I went to speak with someone! Highly recommend them if you are on the market for a used car. My man is even planning on getting a car with them in the near future. Thank you again to everyone at Auto Approval for everything! P.S. if you’re a responsible adult and keep up on your payments, there won’t be any issues.. it’s very simple.

Just bought a camaro z28 for a pretty good price, good down payment and fair weekly payments with instant approval they do in house financing so come with cash, other than a few small issues me and my husband have been driving it daily with no problems and so far it's been about a week definitely a good buy. Have not asked for service because my husband is a ase mechanic so realistically we bought a dime, definitely would recommend this place to people who are familiar about cars and what they should buy vs the people who are expecting a dime car without any knowledge of cars 🙄 unlike most other reviews not to mention the seller was upfront about costs showed us our APR and even showed us how to lower it so we pay less interest and got us in a convertible v8 camaro in under 30 minutes 😎😎😎. He is also pretty straight forward just don't miss your payments pretty simple right???

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I thought to entrust Juan with selling my grandmother a fully functioning vehicle on her fixed income. The process was speedy;first red flag, at first I was amused by the little subs and notes posted through the building but the more I looked the more concerned I got. Three days after purchase car would not crank and had to get towed back. Their mechanics BASURA claimed to fix the problem but still needs a day or two to run more diagnostics.Got the car back new issue same run around this time no one wants to communicate.Power steering not fluiding, camshaft sensor code and a lower pulley not spinning properly and melting from the inside. Worst flag is they want my grandmother to pay off the vehicle in order to get something that is drive able.

On June 8, 2021 I made a down payment of $1,140 on Dodge, Avenger. I noticed the brakes on the car was bad . I called the dealership and asked them to be changed along with rotors. I went back for the car the very same day and here I’m driving to leave Tampa, FL the car a/c turns hot and all the lights on the dashboard pop up. Mind you when I got this car I haven’t driven it good. I only drove it to my cousin house due to the brakes being bad. I decided I didn’t want the car because it’s giving too many issues and it wasn’t 30 days as yet. I went to the dealership and he had an attitude . Now if you’re a man of God and call yourself a pastor how can you do such evil things. I carried the car on June 29, when I made my decision. I finally said Okay, fix the alternator because if I purchase this car from you why am I having problems already. On July 5, 2021 I called and said that I’ll be coming for the car. This guy told me the car has been fixed and been sitting out there waiting. Now communication is key. Why haven’t you call me and told me anything. You said the car will take more than 2 hours. Now I called to find out that he SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND I HAVEN’T DROVE THIS CAR AS YET. SO YOU JUST BASICALLY ROBBED ME BLIND BECAUSE I’M FEMALE AND YOUNG. I bought a brand new steering bling cover, license plate cover, air fresheners and etc for that car and this is what you do. Well we’re gonna have a fight because that’s not something you’d want somebody to do to your children. I Do not RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL.

This place is a big scam, they have a mechanic that works with them. They don't fix cars before they sell them. They sell broken cars and then send you to the mechanic next door to pay them to fix the broken car they sold you. I took my car to the mechanic and they didn't even fix it. Just too check the problem they charged me 300, and when I went to turn the car on and leave the car had the engine light on and would not go past 10mph (it was not like that when I went to drop it off) . You are better off going to a place down Nebraska to get a car.
