We have not purchased a car from there YET but I called to ask questions about a car for my mom and I spoke to Tom he was so kind and listened to all my concerns. I set an appt for my mom to go look at some cars with Tom, she was very happy that he took his time with her and went over a lot of things with no pressure. My purchasing experience was great. Link Lincoln is absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and financing. All he did was asked me to be patient and to trust him. Not only was Link a great and honest salesman. I found all involved to be honest. During my conversations with Todd Taylor and his dad Larry Taylor I was truly impressed about their concern and compassion for people of all races and cultures over the years that had nothing to do with the sale of a car or truck. This further made me feel at ease about my purchase as it wasn't all about my just purchasing from them. Their ties to.the community dates way back and we know a lot of the same people that they have both professional and personal relationship with. I can't remember the gentleman name that did my paperwork after the approval was given was great as well but I can't remember his name. So from the beginning to the end I had a very positive experience. Oh yeah I purchased a truck that was in great condition, based on being check by my mechanic, emaculate inside and out, pricing extremely fair and assisting with my not having to get predatory financing. After some experiences with dealerships that were underwhelming, Todd from Taylor Auto Sales was a pleasure to do business with. Since I don't know much about cars, he was very helpful in working with my mechanic to check out the Subaru I was interested in and ensure everything looked good.
