We drove all the way from Mississippi to purchase the vehicle, and Shania coordinated everything perfectly, having the manager, Jarrod, call us to run the credit, notify us of approval, and share the interest rate and payment details. Everything was thorough and professional. When we arrived at the dealership, a lady with long curly hair warmly greeted us and even offered us water. The entire team came together just for us to finalize the purchase. We felt like the only customers in the building, even though there were many.
