Staff is very rude very pleasant when you first start off but become very rude during your process of dealing with them no communication and very unprofessional would never recommend

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SELL YOU A BUSTED CAR. THEY PREY ON WOMAN AND SINGLE MOTHERS CONVINCING THEM THAT THE CAR IS RUNNING JIST FOR THEM TO TURN AROUND AND THE CAR BE BROKEN DOWN 30 days LATER AND THEY CLAIM THE GUY WHO DID THE SALE NO LONGER WORKS FOR THEM AND WHEN YOU GO TO CONFRONT THEM THEY TAKE YOUR KEYS AND DEMAND A PAYMENT FOR A DIAGNOSTIC YOU NEVER ASKED FOR, THEY WENT AS FAR AS BLOCKING THE EXIT WAY AND IF I DIDN’T THREATEN TO CALL CHANNEL 9 NEWS AND THE POLICE, I WOULD’VE STILL BEEN HELD HOSTAGE WITH MY ONE YEAR OLD BABY. THIS IS NOT A REVENGE REVIEW BUT AN AWARENESS REVIEW FOR SINGLE MOTHERS, WOMEN, or EVEN IF YOU JUST DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT CARS, DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR NEW CAR JOURNEY. SADLY, MY SISTER IS OUT OF 3500 dollars BUT THE GOD WE SERVE IS BIGGER THAN THE PROGRAM AND THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW. YALL be careful out there putting your trust in these dealerships/salespeople. Some people are genuine and some are just full of greed and evilness. I’m editing this REVIEW because the person in charge of their marketing team doesn’t like to take accountability. There isn’t any record of sale because you know you guys did some under the table transaction but im not here to argue with this dealership. I’ve already been in contact with the IRS and BBB.

Whatever you do don’t get a car from here this is the worst place to get a car do not do it do not do it do not do it

There are many fake reviews on this car repair shop from owner's friends / fake accounts. Owner and his wife are very rude, son is nice but very aware of what is going on, overheard all our conversations. Took my car back here 3 times, paid each time, the fourth time I brought it back (stalling issue) they couldn't find what the real issue was and still charged me $180 for inspection. I spent over $2.5k on a stalling issue that was never solved. Plenty of other good mechanics in the area, qithout all kinds of fake review to appear to be a relaible place of business. Avoid this one, take a close look at the reviews if you could.. plenty of double names, etc. You've been warned look else where for a really good mechankc Don't settle here you'll get charged even more here too.
