Otto was amazing chatted first on Facebook, then meet on person. Guaranteed me a approval, and so he was right 😁😁👌 i walked out with my dream truck later that day!!! Amazing customer service.

Extremely positive evaluation. I was served with a high level of professionalism, cordiality and transparency at all stages of the service. The team demonstrated competence, seriousness and total availability to clarify doubts, which conveyed a lot of security throughout the process. The store has excellent organization and commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend it with confidence.

Thanks so car, you are the best dealer in Orlando

I should be able to give less stars.. was a very bad experience! I don't recommend it! The car was made up for sale! And as soon as we got home it started to show problems, when we contacted the seller Murilo Reis we were practically ignored. He had given me the word that if there was any problem with the car in a short time they would fix it, but that didn't happen! On the contrary! We also tried to contact the owners of the place who said that when you buy a used car the problem is ours. Everything beautiful at the first service, many promises. But the after-sales is terrible and the chance of you leaving with a headache is huge!! Good luck if you decide to buy something with them! Most of the good reviews are made from the sellers there 😂

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the post-sale experience I have had with your dealership. During the purchasing process, I was very well assisted. Every call and message was answered promptly, and the service was excellent. However, after the sale was completed, the level of support and communication has changed drastically. I was informed that the vehicle I purchased had never been involved in an accident. However, after receiving the car at my home, I noticed a malfunction in the blind-spot sensor. I took the vehicle to my mechanic for inspection, and he confirmed that the car had sustained damage to the rear left side, which also caused an issue with the trunk door. Additionally, I have been experiencing problems with the registration process. I was told that my permanent license plate would arrive by a certain date, but it has now been over two weeks, and I am still driving with an expired temporary plate. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the dealership, my calls often go unanswered, and the salesperson responds to my messages only after long delays, if at all. What concerns me most is not just the issues with the vehicle, but the lack of professionalism and customer care after the purchase. It is disappointing to see that the excellent service provided before the sale was not maintained afterward. I respectfully request that these issues be addressed as soon as possible, and that I receive clear communication and resolution regarding both the vehicle defects and the registration matter.
