About as stressless as could be made today for an in-person pickup experience. Bought online through Amazon Autos. Talked with Jeremy (Hertz salesman) a couple of times by phone to confirm our appointment to finalize the purchase and to ensure we had everything needed for a smooth transaction. Jeremy and the car were ready for us when we arrived 10 minutes early. We were given the time and information needed to evaluate the car, including a test drive. Ramon, the manager, quickly and efficiently helped us complete all of the paperwork to finalize our purchase. All were very friendly, with no pressure to purchase add-ons. Very positive experience. Highly recommend!
