Arrive N Drive Orlando

This is my second time purchasing a car from Arrive n Drive and both experience where grate This purchase was a miracle. When my sales person, Lorenzo, brought the car for the test drive in the radio the speaker was praying for someone that needed to be approved for a new car since she had been in a accident and when I told Lorenzo he told me I was approved. Mr Lorenzo is a great sales person and goes the extra mile to help in anyway he can. The staff are great including, Willy and Juan, from finance. I highly recommend this place to any person that needs are car.

I live in Ky and did most of my dealings over the phone and via text with Gil. He is very easy to deal with and had everything ready when I flew in to look at and buy the car. Thanks Gil a great experience! Make sure to look the car over very well. I didnt realize the roof had 2 big dents and under the front bumper had the plastic busted other than that its been a great car. Lost my tag because it wasnt screwed all the way on so they sent paperwork and Juan disappeared and wouldnt return a host of calls once gone. Gil was great w everything though.

The car that I originally went to visit was actively being looked at by another buyer, however they had multiple options and I was able to leave with another vehicle that I was happy with. Very happy with my Dodge Durango.

These guys were amazing! I got the exact Jeep Wrangler and color that I wanted. Gil and Roberto were patient and did not try to hassle me to come back and shop with them with texts and calls. I was able to drive a few options until I got the perfect match. Thank for supplying me with one of my dream vehicles. Highly recommend their services.

Drove two hours to purchase this vehicle. We called the day before, ran numbers, specifically asked if it was a smokers car, went through all the questions and they knew we were coming. The first two photos were what we were expecting. A blueish/grey color. We get there and see that it is this other color. Still gray but clearly different than what was pictured. Not the end of the world but it wasn’t what I had envisioned. On top of the fact that the salesman looked at me crazy, saying the colors are the same and would not admit that the color online is completely deceiving and different than in person. The car was not cleaned. The salesman said the detailers were off for the day and he needed to clean it himself so that’s why it wasn’t as clean as it should be. We found an earring in the back seat, a cookie, crumbs, etc... I understand we’re buying a used car but it was still a $40,000 vehicle. Not like we were trying to purchase a $3,000 piece of crap. We opened the trunk and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of urine. Like baby diapers were stored in the rear compartment? I don’t know but it was terrible. My husband and I were hit by the smell at the same exact time. The salesman of course said he smelled nothing at all. After that, we were done. It felt off and didn’t feel like the trust/confidence was there so we left. I’d never recommend a family member or friend to visit here. But maybe our expectations were too high.
