I was hesitant about them because of the reviews, however, I needed a car in a very particular situation, Roger was amazing, we worked together to find a car that fit my needs and budget, everything was transparent, no surprises and the car turned out to be great one month in today and absolutely zero complaints. They have been professional, transparent and helpful and Roger could not be recommended enough, he always answers any questions I may have with a smile and the truth above all. So to me, they have been a 10 out of 10 and totally recommend Roger and all the other sales staff and owners. If you go with the truth and stick to your word, you have a good car buying experience at this dealership.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Roger at Ocean Auto Sales was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. frank in finance is sneaky person to do business with, purchased a vehicle and the deal was never “picked up” by a bank. frank got the vehicle picked up after receiving the last down payment and wanted to keys returning to the impound lot. would not provide info for the fees to get paid to get the vehicle back & later said the info was arriving in the mail the mail was received right after getting a toll invoice in the mail because the vehicle was getting towed back to miami. frank wanted to full price of the vehicle plus interest in order for me to get the vehicle back. horrible person to do business with

I wish I could give this store and staff ZERO stars! Upon my initial visit to this store, as always with car salesmen, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to meet every need. Once I purchased a vehicle (that broke down on me in two weeks), I’ve been treated very unkind, the staff are ALL dismissive, and all everyone can tell me is I have to WAIT for my issue to be addressed. 1 of the 2 weeks I had the car, it was on the side of the road broken down. I had to pay for my own towing, I’ve had to pay $400+ in Ubers and it’s been an overall horrible experience buying a car here. They truly fit the cliche of what’s said about small car dealerships. They’re Shiesty and all about your money and do NOT care about your experience once they have your money. Do NOT purchase a car from here!
