Paula came through like a champ! I needed a car ASAP as a surprise gift for my mom, and she got it done lightning fast. Great attitude, no pressure, and the car + price combo was spot on. Honestly, she made the whole process way too easy. If you’re looking to buy, this is the spot—and make sure you ask for Paula. She’s the real MVP. Part 2: Initially, the buying process was smooth and fast. However, when I returned a month later to pick up the tag, the experience completely changed. Despite having agreed that the tag would be included in the cash price, they tried to charge me extra. It took quite some time to sort out, and even after they contacted Paula and Mariana—the people who sold me the vehicle—the process was poorly handled. They’re great during the sale, but once the deal is done, you’re on your own. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Bought a 2018 Ram Promaster 2500 Cargo Van and it was delivered to me in Port St Lucie. Mirian told me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle which was not true as when it was delivered the check engine light was on she will not message back on WhatsApp. Alex the GM is an awesome person he helps anyway he can but as of 2:32pm Jan 9,2026 I have not received my refund as I was promised. I called back three times and was told the money was sent but I still have not received my money back and Alex the GM will not answer the WhatsApp messages and neither will Mirian. And they have the van back

Update: after your dishonest reply I have no problem posting the proof it's easy to see that that the lies start from the owner What an example you set for the workers wow but no worries like I said I have the proof never refused to take responsibility I just refuse to get ducked by a slum as dealer. What a horrible experience these people are the worst they say they help people and then when you call them out on their bs they talk crap about your credit bought a van that came with more problems than I can count 2 and a half months after the purchase and what do you know still waiting for the registration paid out of pocket for an oil change that they never did,replaced things on the van that were not working and lets not forget Mario tried stealing $200 from the initial deposit too much to put in this review they push you to take a picture with the sales person before you sign anything is done and then the crap just goes down hill from there. Please read all the reviews they dont lie. I will be reporting them to the BBB and to the county i have more than enough proof of what im writing. I make the payments that im obligated to pay but I dont want to be screwed in the process and that's what happened here they all like to wash their hands clean and act like they didn't do anything wrong. No me molesta pagar pero no me gusta la mentira y la falta de respeto.
