After spending all day at a previous dealership with no outcome and left with disappointment, I decided to head home, but on my way home I remember seeing a commercial about Molina and decided to stop best decision I ever made. The staff was amazing. Adams help me out made me feel comfortable. Robert amazing work to deal out and I was able to drive home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I know amazing service you don’t feel like you’re being robbed. The experience was amazing.

Today I came to Molina and was here before they open I had an appointment with Ana she let me know she won’t make it but Carlos will take care of me and I bought a 2024 Kia K5 fully loaded with little down just like Ana stated. She was very efficient in everything we discussed before hand and delivered. Thank you to Molina company for the hospitality so early with some delicious Cuban coffee. I am very satisfied.

To add insult to injury, they have horrible customer service tactics that allow me to actually blame Ramirez when he’s just a finance manager. When is Carlos responsibility to see about the fixing of the vehicle and whatever role Anna and Lorena play they have no accountability quite rude. Good morning it's a shame when I purchased this car you harassed me every day now that I have purchased this car do you want me to pay for a car that don't work that's sitting at a facility that no one get to fix it's truly a tragedy and an embarrassment and it speaks very high on your worth ethics and how you run your business that no one has followed through nor have even attempted to fix my car and I haven't gotten a callback On Friday, December 5 I went to the dealership both dealerships upon arriving. I realize that Ramirez was being totally honest. I went to the other dealership on 130 to 27th Ave. with Carlos, Lorna and Ana work they had my car completely open and exposed somebody could’ve broken my car and stole everything out of it. My car has not been working at all since November 11. No one has failure to fix or do anything and I have proof. Still no response even though I realize that Ramirez is the finance manager and Carlos supposed to be responsible for it. No one has contacted me, but you want me to make a payment on a card that doesn’t work. Also going to the place.
