The experience on this dealer is wonderful. All of the people are very attentive, always willing to help, especially Gustavo Gutierrez, the rep who helped me make the best of elections buying my Toyota corolla, so I am very grateful to him for that, he is the best with no doubt. If I could put them twenty stars on the review I would, they deserve it. If you want to buy a car go to Bolufe, you will not regret it.

I purchased a beautiful Mercedes E350. I love my car. However, Bolufe as a dealership has much to learn about after care of their customer. I will NEVER return back, or recommend this business to any other. Through no fault of my own, I am driving on an expired temporary tag. I have been hung up on at least 7 times and have been on their lousy "phone hold" system many times waiting in excess of 18 minutes only to be hung up on again. I requested return phone calls from my salesperson Miguel, from the finance manager Gabriel. And have communicated in good-faith with several others who promise to get someone to deal with my situation. I was told to contact my finance company to have my tag and/or title work complete because of my "out of state" registration, only to be advised that Bolufe processed my tag and registration as an in-state. NO RESPONSE at all from the dealership after MANY attempts from me and from Capital One Auto Finance. I am at my wits end and am considering returning the car that I cannot legally drive, back to the dealership. Wonder what will happen then. Certainly I am not expected to pay for a car that I cannot drive. Good luck to all. They'll bend over backwards to sell you, but watch out afterwards.....they are impossible to deal with.
