Absolutely wonderful! Claudia and Alex are the best! Alex made it possible for me to get the Mercedes of my dreams! And Claudia made the process seamless and so easy. They got me approved and out the door in no time. I made the drive all the way from west palm because Alex told me he will get me in my dream car and he didn’t disappoint! I recommend you stop in and get your dream car today! They WILL get you approved and make the entire process feel warm and inviting. Absolutely best car buying experience and I’m THROUGH the roof with excitement and my car drives beautifully. Ten out of ten. 👌🏾

If you’re looking to buy a car, Carmania Coral Gables is the place. My sales person Valentina is fantastic, she answered all my questions and made the experience pleasurable.

Mixed feelings. I first dealt with Claudia at the bigger location. She was a good person and had a decent amount of knowledge about her job but not much about detailed car things. When trying to negotiate, everything had to go through her boss which gave a delay in the overall process. Over the phone he was a little arrogant and was not trying to negotiate well over the initial vehicle I was interested in, even though there were numerous issues with the suv (2015 Toyota Rav-4). I was ready to walk away from it all and them, but he then he invited me to come over to the Coral Gables location and look at another vehicle that was closer to my budget. This turned things positive. Also y’all remember, the advertised price is usually a discounted price based on a big down payment and financing with them. I knew that but still felt the car wasn’t worth what they were trying to sell it to me for. I rode over to the other location and his attitude was better. But I also called him out on how he was talking to me as a potential customer, because homie don’t play that. So then we continued to have a positive interaction when talking about the other vehicle (2015 Honda Crv), I took it for a test drive and things went well. They also didn’t have any gas in both cars I test drove and I was scared of running out while in it, wouldn’t be a dire situation but something that would not be a good impression. The first car we even stopped to put a little bit of gas in it before it was too late. So he (the boss guy sorry I can’t remember his name) negotiated much better on this vehicle and we came to an agreement right at my budget. Going through the paperwork process I then had to deal with another salesman, I think his name was Kassim, sorry if misspelled or anything. He was a nice guy but he spit crackers on me and all over the paperwork. I called him out on that too, he explained to me that they didn’t eat lunch and he has health issues. I was understanding of that but come on, just don’t talk while your mouth is full. He was saying a lot and I couldn’t understand him because of his accent and the whole food in mouth thing. But we got through the paperwork and I spent my whole day with them which wasn’t the plan and I still needed to drive back to Key West from Miami, but the deal got done at a reasonable price and that’s most important. The vehicle did get me back home and has been good, a few things I need to get checked out but doesn’t seem like it will crap out fully anytime soon. The facilities were clean but there was not any real customer parking at either location. All employees were good to me, including the field man, excluding a few small strange things. So the weighted pros and cons is why I’m giving this company mid-level review.
