I recently had the pleasure of visiting KJ Auto Sales & Repair LLC auto dealership, and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really took the time to listen to my needs and answer all of my questions. Throughout the whole process, they made sure I felt supported and informed. It's refreshing to find a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers. Wow I just bought a lemon from these people . If a customer tells you the car is going up north on Thursday you should have some common sense or morale to not sell anyone a car that you know is going to give out . She was stranded 31 miles from her home in RI. The dashboard looks like a xmas tree with so many lights on. Bad business. Y eso que son de nuestra raza

I strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership. On April 16th, I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion. Within just a few days, the car began making a water-like noise coming from under the steering wheel. I returned it to the dealership to have it inspected. After connecting a diagnostic monitor, they confirmed there was a leak somewhere in the vehicle — but ultimately, they were unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the car continued to have problems. Despite owning it for a month, we’ve only been able to drive it for about two weeks. We even took it to an outside mechanic, but doing so only made the issues worse. In my opinion, the vehicles sold here are poorly refurbished to appear reliable just long enough to sell. Once off the lot, you’re left dealing with major mechanical issues. I paid 4600 in cash. Please do your research and proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I believe this dealership engages in deceptive practices and does not stand behind the quality of its vehicles. Please listen, don’t buy from Kj auto please. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
