Chris went above & beyond to help me establish a beautiful luxury vehicle with my credit score after a bad 2 years of unexpected life changes. It included a two year warranty & Gap. That was very UNEXPECTED for a used car lot to offer. I’ve searched for 6 + months. After so many terribly reviews on marketplace of different car lots Carfax brought me to CarDi Auto. THIS is what a car dealership should be like. Extremely professional and friendly staff, good prices and transparency. After facing bad experiences in the past with other dealerships, I was mesmerized by their customer service. You won't be disappointed. We drove 1 hour to come to this dealership after seeing other reviews, and it was totally worth it. We're very happy with our new Mazda. After an entire month of one bad faith dealer after another, I stumbled across what felt like a match made in heaven. From the jump, this dealership was no nonsense and communicative. Stephanie and Chris helped make the buying process fun and stress free. These are great people. I purchased an awesome ram truck from this dealership. Eric and is associates did a great job taking care of me and my situation and I believe they would do the same for anyone else. They had an easy process to purchasing a vehicle. The ram truck needed a new part installed and they got it swiftly and installed it in no time at all. They are very friendly people they even offered me a ride back home which I know isn't a usual thing dealerships do for their clients/customers. It helped me a ton when they were able too. No pressure to sale me anything or BS sales tactics either. I believe they truly try their best to help out anyone who needs a vehicle. I would highly recommend buying from them.
