Horrible experience! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I purchased a 2016 ram 2500 and as soon as I drove off the lot, the transmission started slipping and kicking. I contacted the dealership the day after and they had their mechanic who isn’t a diesel certified mechanic to check on the vehicle they stated it was a map sensor, which the map sensor has absolutely nothing to do with the transmission directly. They replaced the map sensor and the problem continued. They then said the vehicle needed to be “tuned” Mind you this process, took about three weeks just to get a sensor and a supposed Tune. I had to go back to the dealer every single day to put pressure on them and every single day I would get a different excuse. I was very patient for The most part. I purchased the vehicle with the intent of using it for work And I spent three weeks not being able to work while they kept giving me excuses on when my vehicle would be fixed I ultimately had to end up contacting the finance company. The finance company did an investigation. And ultimately ruled that the dealership had to re-purchased the vehicle because it was no good. When they found out about the re-purchase order they were so upset that the vehicle that I gave in trade-in And the money cash they did not want to return to me I had to continue arguing back-and-forth until I finally received my vehicle that I gave as a down Payment back. The rest of the money that I gave as a down payment in cash they try to keep it and say that it was used for taxes This is a lie, and it is against the law below. I will put the attachment on what the law in the state of Florida states they cannot legally keep any of your money if the finance company has canceled the deal and sent a re-purchase order if they try to tell you that they have already paid taxes for registration and that they can’t refund your money. It is a lie. They need to file for a refund from the Department of revenue so they can get their money back from the state, but until then. They are legally required to refund you every single dime. Please beware of scammers of this sort and stay clear of this dealership by any means necessary. I will also leave the picture of the vehicle in question so if anyone else sees it, you can be aware of the problem you might be getting Into. I will also be following up with complaints to the Attorney General’s office and the Florida Department of Highway motor vehicle Safety with their dealership department to also put in a formal complaint that way they can never Try to take advantage of anyone again.

Horrible customer service, didn’t want to give me the car I wanted, accepted me for a way more expensive car then what was asked and on top of that horrible communication and sales man especially the tall Puerto Rican one with the green eye is super rude and started yelling at me about why I can’t be accepted to a cheaper car then the most expensive one there that Accepted me DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
