Bought my first truck over there after a friend’s recommendation. Had a very good experience, they were very patient with me, specially because I am very picky with quality, and I’ll tell you, didn’t find anywhere with prices as fair as in there. Everywhere I went they had some unnecessary fees and were just shady, but at GTS they had all my questions answered and were really transparent. I am only writing this because I saw a couple bad reviews and really feel like it is undeserved. Overall I highly recommend you checking them out if you’re looking for a fair price used car!!

Really bad customer support. They told me that the vehicle that I was purchasing had 24 months of warranty bumper to bumper, when I showed up they said it was a misunderstanding and tried to charge me for it, even so the warranty is just powertrain and nothing else, told me that they didn’t know exactly what was the deal with the warranty, that I had to read all the agreement to find out…. After all this situation they said it would do a maintenance and paperwork and it would take 3 days to get everything done and they would deliver the vehicle at my place, it took 11 days and they called me asking when I was going to pick it up, I was able to manage the delivery still, but they deliver the vehicle with bad brakes and a brake light on, who in this world drives a vehicle to a customer with a brake service light on and doesn’t think on getting it fixed, now I have to waste my time to go get it done, and now I’ve been fighting to get my deposit back, I called several times, message several people and no one answers. Stay away.
