purchased a 2018 Ram 5500 from Hosman Cars LLC and my experience was very disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered several issues with the vehicle that caused me serious concern, including information that led me to question whether the mileage represented at the time of sale was accurate. I promptly reported my concerns to both the dealership and the finance company. While the dispute was still unresolved, the vehicle was repossessed after I did not make the first scheduled payment, and the dealership retained my $9,500 down payment. I have requested an explanation of the contractual and legal basis for retaining those funds, but the matter remains unresolved. Because of these events, I have filed complaints with the appropriate authorities and am pursuing the available legal and administrative processes. If zero stars were possible, that’s what this dealership deserves. My husband was in contact with Hosman Cars for over a week about a box truck. He repeatedly asked in writing for the box length and was told more than once it was 15.5 feet. He even requested someone physically measure it with a tape measure to confirm, and they still confirmed 15.5'. My husband wanted to proceed and spent $370 on a flight to Fort Myers to purchase the truck and planned to drive it 9 hours home. When he arrived, the truck’s box was 22 feet, not 15.5. Either the staff didn’t care enough to be honest, or they don’t hold the competency level of reading a tape measure either way, it cost us time and money. After wasting the trip and another $370 to get him back home, Hosman Cars made no real effort to resolve the situation and instead tried to keep the sale moving. Do not recommend.

Do not buy any vehicles from them. They are very good at scamming. They scammed me out of my $10,000 car and then jacked up the price. I was supposed to pay with a yo-yo scam again I repeat if you want to buy a vehicle do not come here

I purchased a pickup truck from Hosman Cars LLC approximately 30 days ago, and since then I have been experiencing mechanical problems that should not exist in a newly purchased vehicle. I contacted my dealer to request repairs within a reasonable timeframe after the purchase, but my request was not fulfilled. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of support, as I believe it is the responsibility of the dealership to ensure that the customer receives a vehicle in proper working condition, or at least provide adequate service when problems arise shortly after the purchase.
