I just have to say how incredible the staff is here at Carlux. From the minute I stepped into the building, Christian was an absolute blessing. I unfortunately lost my vehicle on my birthday and had to rush to find a new car, which was a brand new process for me. Time and time again he made me feel at ease, making sure I'm making a good decision for myself, and answering any and all questions I had (and I had quite a few lol). If you're looking for a place to find a new car for yourself, then I highly recommend coming here. Side bar: Especially if you're a female not wanting to get screwed over lol.

Sophie and Christopher was so amazing and helpful throughout this process! I traded in my old beater 2001 Lexus for a 2023 Chevy Malibu. Everything went so smoothly. I would recommend everyone to hit up CarLux today

I worked with Drew during my time. Great guy. Friendly, kind and very informative. When it came to buying the vehicle Christian was very easy to work with and gave me no hard time with financing with my own bank. Awesome place. Quick in and out process. Will be back for sure!

If you're going here be aware. I bought a vehicle and was told there would be repairs as far as spark plugs and oil change some switches for my lights. None of that happened i know because i eneded up doing it myself. Turned out the truck has a much deeper issue that the warranty I was sold does not cover. Two months later and the truck is still in shop and carlux has had me running in circles since I called to explain. Lorenzo, the Dm. Is clueless on the matter, Jay the previous manager and whom I made the purchase through has gotten fired. Just be aware. LOTS OF LEMONS HERE AND LOTS OF LIES. This place has caused me lots of money, time loss and caused me my job because of not having a running vehicle. If you decide to go here maybe speak to Christian Aguilar. New manager. Cool dude. Fairly honest I think. But just be aware. I have never had a more negative and stressful experience in my life. Carlux in ft myers is trash. But again. Maybe Aguilar can help. I personally just been put through all kinds of loops and hoops with nothing resolved still. Crazy experience would never recommend this place.
