William was everything we needed in a car salesman today. We asked a question, he answered it. We got in and out with a quality automobile, warranty, and title work in progress. Amazingly with patience left. Thanks William! You made a crappy situation tolerable😎

I found what I was looking for. The process was fast, I was in and out in less than an hour. 3 days after having the car, the check engine light came on and I’ve had problems since I drove it off the lot. Resolving issues has/have been very unprofessional , not taken seriously and I’ve been lied to about the problems with the car. They sold me a dangerous vehicle and if anyone buys a car there, they should have a macanic go with them to make sure they are buying a safe vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone .👎

I was super excited to finally purchase a Toyota Tacoma at Car Net Auto Sales. William was very helpful and went over all details but Esteban was not very pleasant to be around it made me uncomfortable so I left.

Wasted my time. Told me yesterday even after running my credit that they could get me into the Suburban for 2k down and 498 a month. Then went back on that and said that was only a "pre-approval " then the following day they say i was denied for the only vehicle I wanted, the Suburban but chose any other vehicle type. I can't have a smaller vehicle as I have a large family. Complete waste of time and will get your hopes up for absolutely nothing! I was even honest about my credit situation prior to even applying and they acted like they could help. Wrong!
